Everything about this picture is epic!

From left to right: Michael Chandler (Bellator lightweight champion), Snoop Lion, Jade Bryce (Bellator ring girl / Playboy model / hottie), Pat Curran (Bellator featherweight champion) @ MTV Movie Awards 2013

Bellator MMA was properly represented at last night’s MTV Movie Awards.

Check out MTV.tumblr.com for some premium GIFage of last night’s event.

Will Emanuel Newton do it again? Slamdance in the cage, we mean. Also win.

BELLATOR MMA is live at 10/9c on Spike.

Winning the Lightweight Tournament may be David Rickels’s destiny, but he’ll have to get past this season’s biggest surprise, knockout artist Saad Awad.

Fireworks are guaranteed. See it live TONIGHT plus the Finals of the Light Heavyweight Tournament starting at 10/9c on Spike.

BATTLE OF THE BACKFIST

Who’ll get caught in tonight’s hard-hitting Light Heavyweight Final between “The Hardcore Kid” Emanuel Newton and Mikhail Zayats?

Find out tonight plus the Lightweight finals and much more!

BELLATOR MMA is live at 10/9c on Spike.

moshitupclothing:

Grew up moshing with Eman pretty stoked to see him fighting on #spiketv. For sure we have that #wolfpack bond

This week, he meets Mikhail Zayats in the finals of the Light Heavyweight tournament!

We’re pumped for this fight.

Bjorn Rebney on King Mo's loss, pursuing Rampage and Barnett, Dana White's trash talk and more

Bjorn talks to MMAFighting.com about King Mo’s stunning upset, Michael Chandler’s meteoric rise, this season so far, Josh Barnett(?!), and a lot lot more. Candid as always and a great read.

Be sure to tune in to an all-new Bellator MMA live this Thursday at 10/9c on Spike.

Article: Look, I'm in Time Out Magazine

walkingalonenyc:

If you’re not sick of looking at my stupid face and my opinion’s check out the short interview/photoshoot I did for Time Out Magazine, and do yourself a favor and read some of the other fighters interviews because there’s some real gems in there.

Nice!

On a related note, we hope to get some pro MMA (and specifically Bellator MMA) in New York sometime in the near future. It’s just such a shame that it’s one of the few states where our favorite sport can’t be practiced beyond the amateur level.

In the meantime, if you live in New York, make sure you support these amateur bouts. Also,  contact your Assembly representative and let them know you want this bill to get to the floor for a vote.

Let’s do this, New York!

Another submission win from Marcin Held, this time at Bellator 81 against Rich “No Love” Clementi.

See him in action tonight live at 10/9c!
